Adrem offers full support for our T4-T4A-T5 Printer. Support
questions will be answered by phone, fax and email as promptly as
possible.
There is no import facility built into the software for users
that have data stored in databases or spreadsheets. Adrem will
build an import procedure for a flat fee - $150 plus taxes.
Typically, the data is imported from a file created by the user.
The format of the "import file" is determined by agreement.
This import facility is only good for the tax year for which it was
built. Adrem does not do the import, therefore your data is
not compromised. The user is required to provide test data for
5 - 10 employees/recipients.
